Week of 10/12

October is Bullying Awareness Month!
I wanted to provide some resources to help you or your students if you are being bullied.

For education:
kidsagainstbullying.org
A creative, innovative and educational website designed for elementary school students to learn about bullying prevention, engage in activities and be inspired to take action.
TeensAgainstBullying.org

Created by and for teens, this website is a place for middle and high school students to find ways to address bullying, to take action, to be heard, and to own an important social cause

For standing up against bullying:
https://www.girlshealth.gov/bullying/school/index.html
This website will help you stand up against bullying and be an upstander.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64LNwrd0fHg

About one in five teens reports being bullied, which is harmful but preventable. Anyone can stand up and speak out and be someone’s hero by safely intervening to stop bullying.

Week of 10/5

Even though we have been doing remote learning for almost a month, a lot of us still need some help staying organized and managing our time. The important things to remember are to:
1. Create a Workspace
2. Manage Your Time
3. Take Breaks
4. Use Your Resources

Watch the video below to learn more:

Here are two examples of schedules you can use for yourselves to help you stay organized:
