Week 4/Lesson 4:  
 Students will  be able to describe all the ingredients to make guacamole in Spanish.

1) Video: Play the video “Guacamole Recipe - Easy Version” 

-Play the video and only emphasize the words and phrases between the 19th  second and 47th second. 

Practice these words and phrases only: 

-Guacamole (guacamole)
-Me gusta el guacamole (I like guacamole)
-Voy a hacer guacamole (I am going to make guacamole)
-Hoy para cenar (today for dinner)
-3 aguacates (3 avocados)
-tomate (tomato)
-cebolla (onion)
-limon (lemon)

-son los ingredientes (those are the ingredients) 


2) Turn off the volume from the video. Play the video without a sound and ask your student to name ONLY the ingredients that are appearing in the video to make guacamole. 

Only focus on these words:

3) Practice these words by  drawing a picture for each one:

4) Practice these words by describing the picture you just draw for each word and phrase. 

To describe the pictures use these words:
