Welcome to middle school!!

​Dear parents, guardians and students,

Welcome to the 2020/2021 school year! We know this year is unlike any other, but we are all in this together! We want to welcome you back to Henry with open arms! We want everyone to be successful this upcoming school year and in order for this to happen communication is very important. Please reach out to the teachers via email. Communication will ensure success for this school year for everyone. All of your students' classes will be 40 minutes synchronous and 20 minutes asynchronous. This means that 40 minutes the students will be on their google meet link with their respective teacher. Please see the schedules on the classroom website for more information on the google meets. The other 20 minutes the students will be working independently on assignments within google classroom or summit. Here are some of the ”Virtual Classroom Rules” The middle school team has for remote learning:

● Please be on time
● Mute your microphone when not talking
● Pay attention to the speaker
● Be respectful and kind
● Listen
● Find a comfortable space you can work at.
● Come dressed and ready to learn
