8:30-9:00: Breakfast, Make Bed, Brush Teeth 9:00-11:00: Gasser’s Office Hours: Via Email or Google Hangouts 9:00-9:25-Math Skill Practice: IXL: Math (you can choose any IXL units for math to complete during this time. Make sure you check my emails to know which grade level you should be working at) 9:25-9:45-Reading: Independent Reading Time: Read a story that interests you! (I gave you a chapter book when I sent home materials March 16th, you can also read this if you do not have any other books to read at home!) 9:45-10:00: Movement Activities: Play soccer outside, Yoga, Push-ups/Sit-Ups 11:20-11:40-Reading: Read Works or Wordly Wise Monday: Readworks "Learning on the Soccer Field" (all activities within the story) Tuesday: Wordly Wise lesson 1 (complete the first activity within the lesson) Wednesday: Readworks "Bug Power" (all activities within the story) Thursday: Wordly Wise lesson 1 (complete the second activity within the lesson) Friday: Make up any work you haven't completed from Monday-Thursday Readworks and/or Wordly Wise assignments 11:40-12:00-Enrichment:Puzzles, Board Games, Arts and Crafts 12:00-1:00: Lunch & Social Time 1:00-1:25-Reading Skill Practice: IXL or Lexia (you can choose any IXL units for reading to complete during this time. Make sure you check my emails to know which grade level you should be working at. If you choose to do Lexia, make sure you get 60 minutes in per week. Directions for accessing the lesson are listed below: 1. Login to brainpop.com 2. At the top right corner of the page, click login 3. Enter login information: username: cpstrial1 password: pop773 4. Click "English" at the top of the next screen (third button over from the left) 5. On the next screen, click "Grammar" 6. On this next screen, click "Antonyms, Synonyms, and Homophones" (4th button over from the left) BrainPop Schedule for This Week (April 13-April 17): Monday: Watch the "Movie" and start the "Worksheet" from this page. Tuesday: Finish the "worksheet" and start "Graphic Organizer" from this page Wednesday: Finish "Graphic Organizer" and start "Vocabulary" from this page. For each vocabulary word, you need to define each word from this list and use it in a complete sentence. You can do this on another blank sheet of paper or on note cards if you have them! Thursday: Finish "Vocabulary" and re-watch the "Movie" Friday: Re-watch the "Movie" one more time and take the "Quiz" from this page. *If you do not have a printer to print the worksheets within these lessons, just complete the assignment on a separate sheet of paper from your home. ** For all of this BrainPop work, if you can, please email me a picture of the work you completed, and your quiz scores.
