Empathy is the ability to understand how someone else is feeling.
This is when you have to “put yourself in someone else's shoes” and to understand the way a situation might make them feel.
Empathy helps us be KIND and COMPASSIONATE people. We can practice empathy by asking ourselves, "How do you think that would have made ME feel if I was in there shoes?" and "How do you think what you did made that person feel? Would you want to feel that way?"
