Volunteering Opportunities at Henry

Hello Henry Families,

We are looking to start a volunteering program here at Henry to support our recess.   Interested Volunteers would be able to commit 1-2 days a week each and every week during one of the time slots below. We believe that having a consistent volunteer will also help with our recess program’s success as well.   Please note:  You may not necessarily volunteer during your child's recess time.  

There are two levels of Volunteers.  Please sign up at www.cpsvolunteers.org 
Level 1:  More than 10 hours a week.  Photo ID, Fingerprints and TB Testing must be completed
Level 2:  Less than 10 hours a week.  Photo ID

If you are interested, please contact Assistant Principal Ms. Mary Ann Reynolds at mamunozmaciel@cps.edu.  We are looking to start as soon as individuals are cleared within the CPS volunteer process.  Again, we are looking for volunteers that can commit 1-2 days per week each week at the selected time.  Thank you in advance for your support and consideration.
 
Time Slots (you can pick more than one if you are available for a longer slot as some overlap):
10:45-11:30         PreK/Kindergarten/1st Grade
11:20-12:15         2nd/3rd/4th/5th Grades
12:30-1:15           6th/7th/8th Grades
