Henry PBIS:  Habit 3:  Put First Things First:  Work First Then Play
  • “I do the things I have to do before I do the things I want to do.  I stay focused on what I am doing.  I try to minimize distractions and regroup if I get off task.  I spend my time on the things that are most important.”
  • Habit 3 Activity:  Morning Meetings~  Morning Meetings, our school-wide Tier 1 SEL support, is a great way to share how we are putting first things first.  Morning Meetings has a built-in structure that can support the culture and climate in your classroom.  Through the four components of the Morning Meeting (greeting, sharing, group activity, and morning message), students can share and demonstrate how they will complete the tasks to have a successful 2nd Quarter.
