Week of November 6, 2017
Principal's Message:
We hope you had a nice weekend in spite of the weather.
We want to thank you for all your support during the 1st quarter. As we begin the 2nd quarter, we continue to ensure we maximize learning for all our students. In order to reach our goals as a school, we need to continue to support each other to make sure all our students reach their growth targets for the school year.
Don’t forget - Our partner, LEAP Innovations, will be bring some educators interested in learning about our systems and
structures that we have implemented so far as part of our Breakthrough Grant Program. They will be visiting during the
morning on November 8th. Also, the Office of Teaching & Learning is sponsoring school visits called "PL In Depth" and
they have confirmed the Henry School visits for November 17th and 29th.
Thank you for a productive 1st quarter. Let’s make the 2nd quarter even more successful.

distractions and regroup if I get off task. I spend my time on the things that are most important.”
For the month of November, students are focused on Habit 3.  Be sure to talk to your child about what they can do to minimize distractions when they get off task.
